Deposit: When you reserve, you can pay a $50 reservation deposit securely through Stripe or choose “Request first and pay after confirmation.” The deposit is applied to your confirmed fare and is refundable when the confirmed ride is canceled at least 24 hours before pickup.
How it works
From your door to departures
- Book with your flight details. Add your pickup address, airline, flight number, passenger count and suitcase count.
- We pick you up away from the airport. At your hotel, resort, home, vacation rental or office, at the confirmed time.
- Drop-off at your departures curb. Sky Harbor allows commercial drop-offs only at the terminal inner curbs, the Terminal 4 departure level or the parking garages, so you're dropped where departing passengers are meant to be. [1][2]
Arriving at PHX? Luxe Ride PHX private bookings don't include pickups at Sky Harbor right now. The airport requires its own commercial ground transportation permit for terminal pickups. [1][3] When you land, use the airport's official rideshare or taxi areas [4], then book us from your hotel or home for dinners, events, Spring Training or your ride back to the airport.
Construction can affect the Terminal 3 roadways. Check Sky Harbor's roadway restrictions before you travel. [5]

Can Luxe Ride PHX pick me up at Sky Harbor when I land?
Not right now. Sky Harbor requires a separate airport ground transportation permit for any company that picks up passengers at the terminals, and Luxe Ride PHX private bookings currently cover airport drop-offs only. When you land, use the airport's official rideshare or taxi areas. Once you're settled, we can pick you up at your hotel, home or office for the rest of your trip.
Where will you drop me off at PHX?
At your airline's departures curb: the Terminal 3 inner curb, or the departure level at Terminal 4. Sky Harbor's rules limit commercial drop-offs to those curbs or the parking garages, so we don't stop in pickup lanes. Tell us your airline when you book.
Where can you pick me up for my airport ride?
Anywhere off the airport: your hotel or resort, home, vacation rental or office in Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and across the Valley. Put the full address in the Pickup field of the booking form.
How early should I book my pickup time?
Add your airline and flight number to the booking, and we'll suggest a pickup time with enough room for traffic and airport security. Sky Harbor posts current roadway restrictions on its website, and construction near Terminal 3 can slow the approach.
How much luggage fits?
The Model Y carries up to four passengers, but luggage space depends on group size and bag size. Add your suitcase count to the booking so fit can be confirmed before payment.
Do you have child seats?
On request, with limited availability. Tell us the child's age and weight when booking so we can confirm the right option.
What happens to the $50 deposit if I cancel?
The deposit is applied to your final fare and is refundable when the confirmed ride is canceled at least 24 hours before pickup.
Do you go to other airports?
Drop-offs at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (AZA) start from $195. Select Las Vegas (LAS) trips are quoted individually.
