What if my flight changes or is delayed?
Include your airline and flight number in the booking. Send your reservation reference by text if anything changes. Pickup timing remains subject to the confirmed reservation and driver availability.
How do I change a reservation?
Text (480) 876-7721 with your reservation reference and requested change. Changes are confirmed only after timing, route and any fare difference are reviewed.
Where will I meet the driver at PHX or LAS?
The exact legal meeting point is sent by text after your terminal and flight are confirmed. Collect all bags before requesting curb pickup. A $30 meet-and-greet may be arranged ahead.
How much luggage can I bring?
The Model Y carries up to four chauffeured passengers, but luggage capacity depends on group size and bag dimensions. Add the suitcase count to your request so fit can be confirmed before payment.
How do Phoenix–Las Vegas charging stops work?
Plan roughly 5–6.5 hours total, commonly including one or two charging stops. The vehicle’s live Tesla Trip Planner determines the actual stops using battery level, weather, traffic and charger availability.
What happens to the $50 deposit if I cancel?
The deposit is applied to the final fare and is refundable when the confirmed ride is canceled at least 24 hours before pickup.
